No matter how dedicated you are to your diet and your LA weight loss program, there are always times that you will be tempted to fall back on bad habits, indulge in foods that you really shouldn’t. Knowing where these temptations will be and what you can do to avoid them is one of the best ways to stay on track.
No matter how much discipline you received at your fitness boot camp in LA, social situations such as parties make it all too easy to "fall off the wagon", as it were. What can you do to prevent yourself from over eating unhealthy party foods? One of the simplest ways is to avoid the spread of snacks and goodies. Figure out where the food station is and do what you can to avoid that area of the party.
Another good plan is to eat before you attend the party. If you’re not hungry when you arrive, you’ll be less likely to be tempted by the treats. Staying hydrated also helps reduce feelings of hunger, so drink plenty of water.
Remember that even after the hard work you put in at your California fitness boot camp, you don’t have to eliminate the less-than-healthy foods from your diet permanently. It’s okay to allow yourself a treat every now and then, as long as you remember moderation.
