The Best Time To Eat
When you’re trying to lose some weight, you obviously have to reduce the amount of energy you take in, but in time you can go above the calories you need to reduce in order for the weight to be reduced. When you have some off days, where you eat more calories then you should have, you can attempt eating food at a point when that energy will go towards replacing your nutritional needs, instead of going directly on your hips.
According to some experts, you should eat food whenever you are hungry, since the body is telling you that it needs energy and nutrients. However, in some cases, people will feel hunger all the time and taking small nibbles of foods with high energy is actually why a lot of people get extra weight in the first place.
What I think is that the best possible time of losing some energy is when the body is as active as possible. That’s because the metabolism is more elevated at that point and also, the body needs more food. The morning breakfast would be a good time to start this. When the body is asleep, the body doesn’t consume anything and this happens for up to 10 hours. The body will start needing nutrients when it wakes up, in the morning, as all other extra proteins have been used to start the recovery process of hair, muscles, nails, skin and to boost the number of antibodies. A good breakfast will help your body start the recovery process and the lost proteins will be replaced.
I also like to eat right after I exercise. I usually eat the most about half an hour after I train by lifting weights. That’s because enzymes that produce energy are more active during that period of time.
